We coordinate installations but are not liable for delays outside our control.

9. Third-Party Suppliers & Tradespeople

We collaborate with trusted suppliers, artisans, builders, and installers.

  • These third parties operate independently
  • The Studio is not responsible for defects, delays, or performance issues caused by them
  • Any warranties or claims regarding products are handled directly with the manufacturer or supplier

We assist clients in liaising with suppliers when needed.

All creative work produced by the Studio—design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, floor plans, materials boards, branding, photos, and digital content—remains the intellectual property of the Studio unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for other projects or for resale without written permission.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

Design Services

Once work has begun, design fees are non-refundable, as they cover creative time and intellectual output already delivered.

Furniture & Materials

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Ready-made items may only be returned if the supplier allows it and under their terms
  • Refunds (if applicable) exclude delivery, handling, and restocking fees

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for construction errors, structural issues, or on-site risks outside our control
  • We do not guarantee the exact color or texture matching due to digital variations or natural material differences
